Formación

• Minimum 2-5 years of expertise in Spanish legal regulations for promotional materials.
• Graduate with a Life Sciences degree or equivalent qualification.

Descripción del empleo

Responsibilities

1. Act as Project Manager in Promotional Materials & Compliance projects within Spain.
2. Plan and coordinate Spain processes and projects.
3. Provide technical advice on requests from authorities and external communication.
4. Review information texts, packaging, and promotional materials for legal compliance in Spain.
5. Develop SOPs and training materials for Promotional Materials & Compliance for clients.
6. Offer general Promotional Materials & Compliance advice according to the Spanish code.
7. Serve as Veeva Coordinator in Spain when needed.
8. Prepare and conduct product/therapeutic area trainings.
9. Design and implement systems, tools, and processes in Spain.
10. Address partnering needs and potential partner proposals to the Head of Service Area for Spain.
11. Maintain vendor relations and ensure vendor compliance.
12. Monitor issues and lessons learned from projects for service development.
13. Identify new opportunities within existing clients to generate repeat business, coordinating with senior team members.

Your Profile

1. Expert knowledge of Spanish legal regulations for promotional and marketing materials (minimum 2-5 years).
2. Experience with regulatory services.
3. Graduate with a Life Sciences degree or equivalent qualification.
4. Autonomous, focused, and committed to high-quality work.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team.
6. Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
7. Proficient with Microsoft tools.
8. Structured, analytical, systematic, and independent working style.
9. Ability to adapt quickly to new, challenging situations, delivering strategic outcomes.
10. Proactively identify and manage cross-selling opportunities.
11. Ability to analyze problems and propose business-level solutions.
