Do you want to be part of this adventure?

We are currently looking for a Corporate Legal Advisor. You will provide legal advice to the organization on matters related to law in your specific fields of responsibility, including secretarial and corporate governance, commercial and business contracts (e.g., distribution, agency, franchise, general sales conditions), facilities and service contracts (procurement and IT solutions), ecommerce/digital and consumer law, personal data, and other general corporate legal matters.

In more detail, your role will entail…

• Being in charge of the legal corporate area within the Legal Department and reporting to the Head of Legal.
• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating all legal contracts, internal policies, and documents related to the legal corporate area from a cross and international perspective.
• Managing daily legal-corporate issues related to Desigual's subsidiaries/companies worldwide to ensure compliance with local corporate requirements.
• Managing legal issues to ensure compliance with specific legal fields, including antitrust matters, personal data protection, ecommerce/digital, and consumer sales protection.
• Handling claims from third parties and inspections from public authorities, monitoring external advisors on judicial claims and inspections.
• Coordinating and interacting with other departments within the organization.
• Providing legal advice to other departments and managing internal queries and cross-department projects.
• Executing projects to improve and grow the Legal Area and its processes.
• Carrying out administrative tasks, including coordination with external advisors and budgeting.

You are the person we are looking for if you have…

• A Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable college.
• A Master's Degree or equivalent in international Business Law; an LLM is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in a reputable Spanish law firm and in a multinational company, preferably in retail fashion.
• Knowledge of the retail fashion industry is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of French, German, or Italian is a plus.
