Formación

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en un departamento legal o consultoría.
  • Interés en asuntos legales y cumplimiento normativo.

Responsabilidades

  • Responsable de la custodia de documentación corporativa en España.
  • Diseñar e implementar modelos de contrato para actividades clave.
  • Mantenerse al día con cambios regulatorios que afecten a la empresa.

What Will You Be Doing?

As our legal figure, you will be the main actor to assure that the company is growing with a standard process at a global level in all legal issues. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Be the main responsible for updated and organised custody of all corporate documentation in Spain & soft-subsidies and co-leadership with Corporate Partners in main subsidiaries. (contracts, insurances, licenses, etc…)
  2. Main responsible for the design & implementation of contract models for the main activities of the company: seed supply (production & purchase), sales (distribution, licences…), breeding (farm leasing, NDA…), etc.
  3. Main responsible for RGPD in Spain & soft-subsidies and co-leadership with Corporate Partners in main subsidiaries.
  4. Main responsible for optimizing Group Insurances.
  5. Main responsible for being up to date for the upcoming regulatory changes that can affect the company and be proactive in its implementation.
  6. Support in terms of Intellectual Property.
  7. Support Compliance Officer in the building and consolidation of the compliance model for the Group.
  8. Support all departments in terms of legal advice (for example: review legal basis for Instagram raffles for the communication department).

Who Are We Looking For?

You’re the ideal candidate if you’re passionate about vegetables and have the experience and drive to lead product strategy in a global setting. You also have:

  1. Fluency in both English and Spanish (essential).
  2. ADegree in Law, Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar, but with interest in legal affairs.
  3. At least 5 years of working experience in a legal department or consultancy.
