This role requires working from our office in central Madrid, optional 1 day a week from home. CVs in English only please.

We are seeking a Corporate IT Support to join our global Corporate IT team, supporting employees worldwide. You will troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues, maintain workstations and corporate cloud solutions, and support collaboration platforms like video conferencing and phone systems. You will also manage IT inventory and propose new initiatives to improve processes and automation.

What you’ll be spending your time on :

• The IT-Corp Sys admin will be part of a global Corporate IT team and will report to the IT Support team leader located in Israel.
• Support Payoneer employees globally.
• Troubleshooting of software, hardware and network issues.
• Working closely with the cyber security team.
• Workstations maintenance – Deploy, configure & upgrades.
• Keep track of all IT inventory- Hardware, software and licenses.
• Bring new initiatives to the team (processes, procedures, automations, etc.).

Have you done this kind of stuff?

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Great personality skills & Service Oriented.
• Team player, out of the box thinker & Creative.
• Tier 1 for customers seeking technical assistance.
• Familiarity with MDM solutions like SCCM / Intune / jamf.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows OS (servers and desktops).
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 (Exchange online, Azure AD, SharePoint).
• Installation & management of end user workstations (hardware, software & operating system).
• Knowledge of network fundamentals (WIFI & LAN & VPN).
• Familiarity with Video conferencing platforms & solutions (Teams Room OS).
• High level of spoken and written in English.

Not a must but a great advantage :

• Experience with Power Platform.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with Virtualization environments - VMWare.
• Familiarity with Palo Alto Firewalls, HPE Switches, Cisco Router.
