Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to oversee office operations and support our departments. The ideal candidate is organized, versatile, and passionate about sustainability and fashion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administrative Support :

Perform data entry, filing, and document management. Coordinate office meetings, appointments, video calls, and travel arrangements. Manage calendars and schedules efficiently. Provide general administrative support to different departments.

Handle basic financial responsibilities, including expense reports, payments, and bank transfers.

Requirements :

  • Educational background in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office administration or similar roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and multitasking abilities.

Languages : Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
