A leading international food group is seeking a Finance Manager to lead consolidation and reporting processes for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, strategic analysis, and experience within multinational environments. This role involves partnering with business units to ensure successful financial reporting and insights, alongside supporting strategic initiatives. Formación

  • 6–10 years of progressive experience in Audit, Controlling, or FP&A.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Descripción del empleo

Our client is an international food group with a strong presence across several countries in Europe and Africa. They provide locally recognized culinary solutions tailored to the preferences of each market.

What will you do?

  • Lead group-wide management consolidation & reporting processes, ensuring alignment with IFRS / GAAP and Group standards
  • Oversee finance IT systems and deliver timely, accurate reports aligned with business needs
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for the Board of Directors and shareholders
  • Develop standardized dashboards, templates, and KPI frameworks; challenge BU performance
  • Analyze consolidated budgets / forecasts, linking strategic priorities with financial insights
  • Partner with BU finance teams to support strategy, transformation, and planning cycles
  • Support strategic initiatives (M&A, investments) and cross-BU transformation projects

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 6–10 years of progressive experience in Audit, Controlling, or FP&A within multinational or multi-BU environments
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, consolidation, and financial analysis
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Experience with EPM systems (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, OneStream) is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with deep understanding of financial and operational KPIs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments and consistently meet deadlines
