Job summary

Persán S.A. is seeking a Packaging Administrative professional to ensure reliable execution, data accuracy, and documentation across SAP, Wave/5Flow, PLM and O365/SharePoint.

You will support master data maintenance, artwork initiation, and fast-lane changes, contributing to the efficiency of R&D Packaging. The role focuses on stabilizing day-to-day data operations, improving governance, and delivering data packs and reports to meet customer and internal requirements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in packaging/data roles.
• Strong data governance and analytical skills required.
• English level high; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain Packaging master data in SAP (FERT, VERP, BOMs, classifications) and ensure data completeness/accuracy.
• Initiate and track Artwork workflows in Wave/5Flow; align SAP/PLM data with artwork outputs.
• Support fast-lane activities and documentation updates; manage system changes per processes.
• Prepare and deliver data outputs (basic analyses, KPIs, reports) and customer-specific data packs as needed.
• Coordinate packaging documentation readiness and support customer requests (PPWR).
• Maintain packaging information repositories (SharePoint/O365) with version control and access control.
• Drive continuous improvement of data capture, validation and processing to reduce manual work.

From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as Packaging Administrative Mission Ensures the reliable execution, quality and availability of Packaging data and documentation across key systems (SAP, Wave/5Flow, PLM and O365/SharePoint), enabling smooth product and packaging changes. The position supports the end‑to‑end flow from master data and BOM/FERT/VERP maintenance to artwork process initiation, including fast‑lane changes and reporting/KPIs. The role stabilizes day‑to‑day operations and improves data governance and efficiency within R&D Packaging.

Main Responsabilities Execute and maintain Packaging master data in SAP (FERT, VERP, BOMs, classifications) and ensure data completeness/accuracy. Initiate and track Artwork workflows in Wave/5Flow and maintain alignment between SAP/PLM data and artwork outputs. Support fast‑lane / simple change activities, including documentation updates and system changes, following defined processes. Prepare and deliver data outputs (basic analyses, KPIs, reports) and customer‑specific data packs when required. Coordinate packaging documentation readiness, including collecting/structuring technical documents and supporting customer requests (e.g., PPWR-related documentation where applicable). Maintain Packaging information repositories (SharePoint/O365) ensuring version control, access and structured storage. Drive continuous improvement of data capture, validation and processing (efficiency, standardization, data security), reducing manual work and errors.

• 1-3 years of experience.
• High level of english and germany is a plus.
