We are looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

The Corporate Communications Manager will lead public relations efforts to strengthen Acronis’ visibility and reputation in the region. Key responsibilities include building and managing media relationships, supporting press activities, preparing executive spokespeople, and creating high-quality content for multiple communication channels.

The role covers organizing media events, collaborating with the social media team, and ensuring communication strategies align with business objectives. A solid understanding of industry trends and the ability to provide actionable recommendations are key to success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Coordinate all public relations activities across EMEA, including managing media inquiries, interview requests, and media relations.
  • Develop and deliver compelling content such as press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations.
  • Prepare and support interviews and media briefings for key Acronis spokespeople.
  • Plan, organize, and execute press events including media roundtables and press tours.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to ensure consistent engagement across traditional and digital channels.
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts among journalists, industry influencers, and business leaders.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on PR results and coverage on a quarterly basis.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, assess their impact, and recommend proactive communication strategies.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media relations within EMEA markets.
  • Strong network of media contacts across business and technology sectors.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, address newsjacking opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of media and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent conduct of English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
