We’re looking for a
Corporate and Export Finance Expert
to lead the financial structuring of QGMI’s infrastructure projects across Africa and Latin America. This role involves close coordination with major international financial institutions, Export Credit Agencies (ECAs), commercial banks, multilateral organizations, and insurance providers to deliver innovative, cost-effective financing solutions for small, medium, and large-scale Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts.
As a key representative of the Corporate and Export Finance Division, this position combines elements of project management and structured finance. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end process of corporate financings, as well as the design and execution of project finance structures for infrastructure developments in emerging markets. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. 5–10 years of experience in Corporate, Export, or Project Finance—experience with ECA-backed financing structures is highly preferred. Strong command of financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and corporate finance concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint): outstanding PowerPoint and Excel skills and ability to build financial models.
Languages
Advanced written and oral communication skills in Spanish are required. Portuguese and/or French are highly desirable (although not mandatory, will be considered a plus).

Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills. Clear communicator, able to work cross-functionally and interact with senior stakeholders. International mindset and cultural sensitivity, especially regarding Africa and Latin America. Capacity to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Availability to travel across Europe, Africa, and Latin America. Must be eligible to work in Spain.
