Descripción del empleo

Lead the creation, editing, and optimization of content for various owned and paid media channels, ensuring alignment with the company's global objectives. This role is crucial in enhancing the company's digital presence by managing content that reflects brand values, supports business goals, and engages target audiences across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include developing inbound strategies, optimizing SEO and GEO performance, and maintaining a cohesive digital communication strategy.

KEY FUNCTIONS

Digital channel management :

Define, develop, manage, and maintain digital communication channels such as the Cellnex Trends blog and external newsletters to project the company's positioning and engage target audiences.

Content creation and editorial planning :

Create, plan, and publish content globally and locally, ensuring alignment with the Group's B2B profile and strategic objectives.

Website coordination :

Coordinate, support, and monitor corporate and country websites, ensuring adherence to style guides and guidelines.

Inbound strategy development :

Implement inbound strategies to drive engagement and lead generation.

Editorial management :

Oversee the editorial process for corporate communications and website content.

SEO strategy and optimization :

Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and search engine ranking.

Social media presence :

Manage and monitor the company's profiles on social media platforms.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education :

Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Web Development, or related field.

Languages :

English (must-have), Spanish (must-have, advanced/native), other Cellnex languages (valuable, intermediate).

Software Tools :

Microsoft Office Suite (advanced), Content Management Systems like WordPress or Drupal (advanced), SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs (advanced), Web analytics tools like Google Analytics (advanced).

Professional Experience :

Experience in managing corporate websites, digital content creation, and SEO optimization.

Skills :

Excellent writing and editorial skills, web content management, webmaster management, results-oriented, strong planning and execution, social media metrics familiarity, team collaboration.
