Copywriter | Join a Creative, Fast-Moving FoodTech Team - Onsite – Offices in Madrid

About the role

We’re looking for a creative, curious, and a CRO mindset Copywriter who’s passionate about writing words that actually sell. You know how to tell a story that converts, experiment with tone and structure, and keep the customer at the center — always.

What you’ll do

  • Write and optimize landing pages with a CRO-first mindset
  • Craft compelling email campaigns that engage and convert
  • Lead A/B tests across channels to improve copy performance
  • Create ads and social media copy that captures attention fast
  • Optimize or create blog content with an SEO-first approach
  • Partner with marketing, design, and product to align messaging
  • Contribute to our brand voice and help evolve it with consistency

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ year of experience in copywriting with a focus on storyselling
  • Background in performance copy, conversion funnels, or CRO
  • Hands-on experience working with CRMs (preferably HubSpot)
  • Native-level English with strong writing instincts
  • Conversational Spanish — enough to collaborate with the team
  • Creative, extroverted, curious and not afraid to ask “why not?”

Nice to have

  • Experience writing for marketplaces, travel, or luxury services
  • Familiarity with basic UX principles or wireframing tools
