Bain & Company Madrid is seeking a Recruiting Associate to support Iberia Recruiting. You will manage logistics, coordinate interviews, and serve as the face of Bain to new hires.
This role requires a Bachelor or Master’s in HR and 1–2 years in talent acquisition, with fluent Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus, and experience with Avature and MS Office is preferred.

Based in our Madrid office, the Recruiting Associate will provide administrative support to the Iberia Recruiting Team. The Recruiting Associate will assist in the management and execution of the centralized recruiting initiatives for Iberia by orchestrating logistics and coordinating interviews. As a member of the team, you will be the “face” of Bain & Company to many of our new hires, whose primary initial interactions will be with the Recruiting Coordinator. A strong customer mindset and attention to detail are critical to its success.
Maintenance of Bain Recruiting system (Avature).
Facilitate interviews and other 1-on-1 recruiting initiatives.
