Role Mission

Plan and organize material and human resources, supervise activities in the Plasma Sample Logistics and Management Department, and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and company policies. Your goal will be to ensure proper sample logistics and the preparation of plasma minipools for analysis, contributing to the quality of plasma and blood products.

What your responsibilities will be
  • Prepare and update documentation related to the department.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international regulations in the management of plasma samples.
  • Implement and supervise internal procedures for the logistics unit.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation, traceability, and quality of processes.
Organize and plan the assigned human resources
  • Organize and plan the needs of material resources in the department.
  • Control the proper functioning of laboratory facilities and equipment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or biotechnology laboratories, with relevant GMP regulations or in a logistics position within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Specialization or master's degree in Laboratory Management, Biomedical Logistics, or Quality (Desirable).
  • Knowledge of regulations, GMP, and PNT FDA ISO 9001 standards (Highly Valued).
  • User-level knowledge of MS Office and SAP, SGP, or HSL software.
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
