Formación

• Al menos 10 años de experiencia profesional en gestión de proyectos de investigación.
• Nivel alto de español e inglés hablado y escrito.

• Supervisar la ejecución y justificación técnica y económica de los proyectos.

Offer Description

IMDEA Water Foundation is looking to fill a position as Coordinator for the R&D+i Management area, who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the management of national and international research and innovation projects in an environment linked to the research activities of a highly international group.

The activities to be carried out will include, among others :

• Ensuring that projects are aligned with the institute's strategic objectives.
• Coordinating submissions to competitive calls for proposals.
• Planning agendas, resources, teams, and information for R&D+i projects.
• Monitoring and organizing the work of technical staff in the area.
• Monitoring the execution and technical and economic justification of research projects.
• Controlling the time spent by staff assigned to projects.
• Advising the Foundation's researchers on defining the objectives, scope, and requirements of projects, ensuring and facilitating access to up-to-date information on competitive and non-competitive calls for proposals.
• Monitoring relations with other organizations to fulfill the foundation's objectives.
• Coordinating the transfer of research results.
• Collaborating and supporting other activities of a similar nature and qualification as assigned by the institute's management.

Requirements :

Candidates must meet the following requirements :

• At least 10 years of professional experience in managing regional, national, and international research projects.
• High level of spoken and written Spanish and English.

Valuable requirements :

• Work experience in research centers.
• More than 10 years of experience in the activities to be developed in the job.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Additional Information

Permanent full-time employment contract : 37.5 hours / week

Gross annual salary : between €40,000 and €44,000

Approximate start date : July 2025.
