Kids&Us is seeking a dynamic English Teacher / Academic Coordinator for their school in Maó. The role emphasizes engaging learning through fun activities, while also providing oversight of academic processes. Candidates must have a passion for education and fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan.

For our school in Kids&Us Maówe are looking for an energetic and fun English Teacher / Academic Coordinator to join our team!

As our teacher you’ll learn to :

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

As a coordinator you’ll have to :

• Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method
• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school

Requirements :

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
• Advanced or Proficiency level in Spanish & Catalan(C1 or higher)
• Interest in working with children.
• Planning and organisation skills.
• A team player : if you've played on a team, you'll fit right in!
