Formación

• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience required.
• C1 levels in Spanish and English required, German would be an advantage.
• Willingness to support the start-up phase of the new factory.

Your Tasks

• Establish work instructions and planning documents in collaboration with the headquarter
• Determine production times and calculate manufacturing costs
• Production planning and control incl. missing material coordination and order release / technical completion
• Technical Supervision, support and continuous improvement of the structural assembly operations
• Initiate and introduce construction or process changes
• Moderate problem solving between the engineering, quality department and the shopfloor team
• Support engineering department regarding producibility of aerostructures and respective optimizations

With this you convince us

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience required, master's degree would be desirable
• Good user knowledge of SAP, PLM software such as Siemens Teamcenter, CAD and MS Office
• Practical Lean Manufacturing know-how and mindset
• Please submit your application for this position in English
• C1 levels in Spanish and English required, German would be an advantage
• Availability to work abroad during the first 6 months
• Willingness to support the start-up phase of our new factory as well as structured way of working and communicating in a dynamic environment
