• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in an engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in SAP, CAD, and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Job Description

Position: Production Management

Type: Full-time

Your Tasks

• Establish work instructions and planning documents for electrical pre-assembly in collaboration with the headquarters.
• Determine production times and calculate manufacturing costs.
• Manage production planning and control, including missing material coordination and order release/technical completion.
• Provide technical supervision, support, and continuous improvement of electrical pre-assembly operations.
• Initiate and implement construction or process changes.
• Facilitate problem-solving between engineering, quality department, and shopfloor team.
• Support engineering regarding the productivity and optimization of aerostructures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience; a master's degree is desirable.
• Proficiency in SAP, Siemens Teamcenter, CAD, and MS Office.
• Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Application in English required.
• Language skills: C1 in Spanish and English; German is an advantage.
• Willingness to support the start-up phase of the new factory.
• Structured working and communication style suitable for a dynamic environment.
