Role Mission

Plan and organize material and human resources, supervise activities in the Plasma Sample Logistics and Management Department, ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies to guarantee proper sample logistics and plasma mini-pool preparation, contributing to the quality of plasma and blood products.

Ensure compliance with national and international regulations in plasma sample management.

Implement and supervise internal procedures for the logistics unit.

Participate in audits, ensuring proper documentation, traceability, and process quality.

Control the operation of laboratory facilities and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical research, biotechnology laboratories, or logistics within the pharmaceutical sector, with relevant GMP experience.
• Specialization or master’s degree in Laboratory Management, Biomedical Logistics, or Quality (desirable).
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP or similar software.
