Job Description

As a Conversational AI Manager, you will manage customer relationships and oversee ITIL-based process management for AI conversational system solutions. You should have extensive cross-domain knowledge of AI-driven technologies and business processes related to conversational interfaces. You will analyze the impact of new requirements on existing and future AI services and collaborate with business analysts, developers, project managers, third-party providers, and senior management to ensure successful AI-driven business services.

Responsibilities / Tasks
  1. Lead a team of up to 3 people in managing service priorities, defining quarterly goals, and overseeing delivery.
  2. Drive strategic topics such as revenue planning and customer targeting to support business growth.
  3. Shape the strategic roadmap for implementing Conversational AI solutions.
  4. Participate in defining key service indicators, including costs, quality, capacity, business continuity, and security.
  5. Coordinate solutions and customer needs, managing human and technical resources effectively.
  6. Implement continuous service improvement initiatives to optimize and meet client expectations.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers for smooth collaboration.
  8. Collaborate with project management and technical teams to ensure high-quality solutions.
Qualifications & Background

Senior to Principal Consultant with experience managing a team of up to 3 people and leading strategic topics. Background as a Management Consultant with a focus on Business & IT (not a developer). Ideally, experience in IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL) and/or IT Project Management. Self-organized, strategic thinker capable of managing priorities and processes. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager. Fluent in English; German and Spanish are a plus.
