Una empresa innovadora en el sector farmacéutico busca un Técnico de Control con experiencia en contabilidad de costos y análisis financiero. En esta posición, serás responsable de garantizar la precisión de los informes contables y la correcta asignación de costos en la planta. Colaborarás con diferentes departamentos para optimizar procesos financieros y asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas. Formación

  • Experiencia de 3+ años en una posición similar en planta industrial.
  • Conocimiento en SAP y herramientas de MS Office.

  • Participar en el proceso de cierre contable cumpliendo con las normas corporativas.

Position: Controller Technician

Location: León

Experience: Between 2-4 years

The Challenge: Collect and analyze information from different departments and systems to prepare the required reports, on duly time and accuracy, in accordance with accounting rules and Group Policies compliance. Ensure the smooth flow of information between related departments offering training support and problem solving.

Specific Responsibilities:

  1. Apply in the right manner the cost accounting rules and policies in the plant: general ledger accounts, capex/opex, correct cost centers, work centre allocation, period allocation, etc.
  2. Carry-out the accounting closing process complying with Corporate timing and rules and Corporate Controlling instructions.
  3. Participate in the calculation of the monthly results of the Plant, reconciliation with General Ledger, Inventory control and evaluation, verify the correct material consumption allocation into the Production orders.
  4. Carry-out the calculation of the monthly KPIs on the Plant in his own area.
  5. Analyze deviation actual vs budget and vs previous year, identifying the main causes and let the plant departments aware of these deviations.
  6. Elaborate specific Expense Reports, Production Reports, Inventory obsolescence and Inventory aging, yield, etc.
  7. Offer support to other functions to understand financial impacts of their actions or ways of working, and suggest corrective actions to ensure correct financial processes.
  8. Carry-out spot analysis and reports according to specific needs of the Plant or the Corporate.
  9. Maintain cross-functional network to support other departments for financial topics and to get needed information to carry-out his own job.
  10. Participate in the elaboration of the annual budgets for production and costs and its further follow-up.
  11. As key user of SAP, ensure a correct maintenance of SAP environment in his own area and other IT tools in use.

Requirements and Personal Skills:

  1. Education: Degree in Economic Sciences or Business Administration.
  2. Languages: Fluent Spanish and English.
  3. Experience: +3 years in a similar position, managing costs in an industrial Plant/factory.
  4. Specific Knowledge: Knowledge in SAP and MS Office tools.
  5. Travels: Willingness to travel.
  6. Personal Skills: Good organizational and analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork.
