Skincare Beauty Advisor Expert

We’re seeking a Skincare Expert to join Coty Spain. This role offers the opportunity to help shape the future of skincare and serve as an ambassador for a prominent French Green Bio Tech Skincare Brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide skincare consultations and promote products to customers.
• Achieve sales targets as part of a team while delivering expert skincare knowledge.
• Offer excellent customer service and contribute to a distinctive shopping experience with our market-leading products.
• Attract new customers at the point of sale.
• Meet established objectives and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure visibility and merchandising are in line with brand standards.
• Manage store activities such as inventory, stock control, and payment processes.

The team includes three members at the point of sale, working closely with the POS Coordinator. All colleagues are dedicated to creating lasting beauty.

What Makes You a COTY Fit

You are passionate about beauty and possess a deep understanding of the skincare industry and luxury brands. As an experienced Skincare Beauty Advisor Expert, you pay close attention to detail and uphold brand integrity. You thrive in fast-paced, diverse, and international settings. Additionally, you have:

• At least 4 years of experience as a facialist, cosmetologist, or skincare consultant in a luxury environment.
• Additional education in Cosmetology or relevant fields is a plus.
• Experience in sales with targets and KPI management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and listening skills.
• A healthy competitive spirit.
• Proficiency in English (another language is a plus).

Conditions and Benefits

• Permanent contract
• 36 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
• Shifts from 10:00 to 16:00 and 16:00 to 22:00
• Fixed salary plus sales incentives
