Airbus Defence and Space is seeking an entry-level professional in Spain to support controlling activities in MRO and Combat. The role involves coordinating planning, reporting, and budgeting to drive operational synergy and efficiency in a dynamic matrix organization with programs and cost centers.

• Define, prioritize and manage transversal projects for MRO and Combat.
• Lead transformation projects to improve costs and cash out.
• Consolidate workload and budget controlling in operational areas.
• Participate in automation projects and tools to optimise resource plans.
• Support decision-making for MRO./Combat controller areas.
• Generate outputs: common procedures and performance reporting.

Job Description

An opportunity for MRO&Combat controller in Operations F&C has arisen within Airbus defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid area) and San Pablo (Sevilla)

Responsabilities

• Integration and coordination of controlling activities (planning, reporting, controlling) at MRO and Combat in TFAO level following a standard and agile process to increase the operational synergies and support its competitiveness.
• Definition, prioritization and management of transversal projects for MRO and Combat.
• Transformation projects for MRO and Combat in order to find synergies and efficiency that generate savings or mitigate risks, improving costs and cash out.
• Conso Workload and budget controlling in operational areas of TFAO.
• Automatization processes participation and tools to optimise the resource plan.
• Challenge the MRO and Combat business to ensure an accurate performance planning.
• Decision-making support to the MRO and Combat controller TFAO and operative areas.
• Generating the following outputs:
• Common procedures and ways of working to assure the efficiency performance of the matrix organization by programs, functions and legal entities.
• Financial driver analysis and reporting of the activity performance (budgets by cost centers and Programs), workload controlling, etc.
• This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth
