Job Description

Opportunity for MRO controller in Operations F&C within Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla).

Responsibilities

• Perform a complete set of finance activities: integration and coordination of controlling activities (planning, reporting, controlling) at MRO in TFAOG level following a standard and agile process to increase operational synergies and support competitiveness.
• Define, prioritize and manage transversal projects for MRO.
• Lead transformation projects for MRO to find synergies and efficiency that generate savings or mitigate risks, improving costs and cash out.
• Handle conso workload and budget controlling in operational areas of TFAOG.
• Participate in automation processes and tools to optimise the resource plan.
• Challenge the MRO business to ensure accurate performance planning.
• Provide decision‑making support to the MRO controller TFAOG and operative areas.
• Generate outputs: common procedures and ways of working to assure efficiency performance of the matrix organization by programs, functions and legal entities.
• Perform financial driver analysis and reporting of activity performance (budgets by cost centers and programs), workload controlling, etc.
• Maintain awareness of potential compliance risks and act with integrity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
• Excellent financial skills and ability to persuade, influence and convince.
• Able to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks.
• Excellent skills in relationship building, team building, empowering, motivating others and conflict management.
• Negotiation level of English.
