Une opportunité unique est offerte pour un contrôleur au sein de LVMH Beauty Iberia à Madrid. Vous serez responsable de la performance financière, incluant le reporting mensuel et la gestion budgétaire. Le poste requiert au moins 2 ans d'expérience en contrôle dans la distribution et un diplôme en finance.

Formación

• Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en contrôle dans le secteur retail ou audit.
• Connaissance de l'anglais (C1) et optionnellement du français (C1).
• Proactif et ayant un sens aigu du détail.

Responsabilidades

• Élaboration et reporting des clôtures mensuelles et contrôle des dépenses.
• Gestion des budgets et supervision des plans d'action.
• Collaboration étroite avec la comptabilité et autres départements.

The Controller will support the financial performance of the business through accurate reporting and close collaboration with key stakeholders.Job Responsibility : FinancialsElaboration and reporting of the monthly closings, including the financial control, following and analysis of the expenditures and deviations, flash sales, packages (P&L).Manage the monthly re-invoicing to Europe by ensuring recharging process are well-documented and compliant with internal transfer pricing policies. Monitor and analyze actuals against budgeted figures, explaining key variances by cost center or business units.Monthly closing reviews with Brand General Managers identifying risk and opportunities and implementing action plans when needed.Elaboration and supervision of the budgets of the company (budget, revisions). Implementation of action plans (Contingency plans) to protect the operative result of the company.Elaboration, coordination and following the annual CAPEX budgeting process, by supporting a profitability analysis for the new investment’s approval in HQ, as well as their post-implementation evaluations.Other controlling tasksVery close collaboration with the departments of accounting, cash collections management, treasury, and logistics as well as the brand’s to ensure achievement of sales goals and operative result.Validation and control of expenses (purchase order, T&E, Capex).Give the necessary support to the Controlling Manager, so that the handled information is transmitted and can serve to help in decision making of the financial department.Profile : A minimum of 2 years experience in a controlling role within a Retail or Audit.Main Studies : Degree in Business Administration / Economics / FinanceLanguages : Spanish (Full Proficiency)English (Fluent C1)French (C1) will be a plusSkills : Results-orientedHighly analytical, with an eye for detailProactive and collaborativeFinancial management & reportingIT Tools : Proficient in Excel and SAP knowledge and operation will be a plus.Additional Information : LVMH Beauty Iberia believes in every person’s unique talent and celebrates all singularities.
