About the Role
The Financial Controller is responsible for driving financial health, maintaining accurate financial reporting, managing and analyzing financial statements, payroll, budgets, tax compliance, and risk management. This role involves preparing financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and collaborating with various departments to provide actionable financial insights that align with the company’s business objectives. The Financial Controller works closely with the global CFO and regional leaders to ensure seamless integration of financial data for accurate reporting and analysis. This role requires an individual who exemplifies the company values of accountability, driven, ethical integrity, and solutions-oriented.
