A healthcare company in Andalucía is seeking dedicated professionals to provide patient care in homes and clinics. You will be responsible for setting up equipment, maintaining patient relationships, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in patient care and handle medical equipment effectively. A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Formación

• Skills in handling equipment and consumables for therapies.

• Valid B driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily care to patients at home, clinics, or via phone.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Provide daily attention to patients at their homes, clinics, or via phone to deliver various services such as equipment setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and removal, ensuring personalized and specialized care. Inform patients and their families, verify their understanding, and follow Group AL procedures.

• Schedule and confirm appointments with patients or their families for service delivery.
• Describe and instruct patients, families, and caregivers on prescribed therapies, equipment, and consumables, including safety, hygiene, and maintenance aspects.
• Provide educational, audiovisual, and other materials about therapies, equipment, and related topics to ensure patient and caregiver understanding.
• Offer daily patient care at home, clinics, or remotely to deliver services such as therapy initiation, troubleshooting, equipment review, therapy follow-up, re-supply, removal, and therapy termination, following detailed Air Liquide protocols.
• Report therapy compliance, detected anomalies, equipment removals, and malfunctions to the relevant supervisor (Care Coordinator, Operations Manager, Administrative Staff).
• Comply with the use of work tools and current procedures.
• Use work-related equipment and systems for task execution and coordination.
