HP SCDS in Madrid is seeking a Control Tower Technical Support Specialist to join our Computing team, supporting the Italian market (SEMA). The role focuses on onboarding, deployment, adoption, and ongoing follow-up of Control Tower and WXP services.

You will work with international customers, deliver presentations and reports, provide technical support to sales and pre-sales teams, and tailor solutions to business needs.

Formación

• Degree or professional training in Systems Administration, IT, or related field.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2 level or above).
• Knowledge of systems administration and server architecture.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset for international environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer onboarding activities for Control Tower and WXP services.
• Deliver presentations, reports, and service follow-up sessions related to Proactive Insight, Control Tower, and WXP.
• Provide technical support to sales and pre-sales teams.
• Implement solutions tailored to customer projects and business requirements.
• Lead technical follow-up meetings and provide customer support throughout the service lifecycle.
• Continuously learn and develop expertise on the products and solutions being implemented.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and support end-to-end project tracking with customers and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers in an international environment, ensuring a high-quality service experience.

Are you passionate about customer engagement, technical support, and delivering high-impact services in an international environment? We’re looking for a Control Tower Technical Support Specialist to join our Computing team in Madrid, supporting the Italian market (SEMA). In this role, you'll act as a key point of contact for customers, helping ensure the successful deployment, adoption, and follow-up of our Control Tower and WXP services. The position is based in Madrid and includes occasional travel to customer sites when required (approximately 25% of the time).

What will you do?

What are we looking for?
