Prosolia Energy in Spain seeks an Asset Management Intern to join our Technical Asset Management team and support monitoring, analysis, and optimization of our renewable asset portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of Technical Asset Management, you will gain hands-on experience in operational and technical management of renewable assets, contributing to performance analysis, data management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Energy, Renewable Energy, or related field).
• Interest in renewable energy sector, particularly photovoltaic solar energy.
• Previous internship or academic project related to renewable energy, data analysis, engineering, or asset management is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools; familiarity with SCADA monitoring systems is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of photovoltaic systems and renewable energy technologies.
• Interest in learning about performance indicators such as PR, availability, production, and energy yield.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work with technical/operational data.
• Interest in energy markets, renewable energy regulation, and asset management.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Python, data analytics, or similar tools is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support the monitoring, calculation, and reporting of key KPIs such as Performance Ratio (PR), availability, and productivity of solar installations.
• Assist in monitoring operational incidents and significant faults, supporting their follow-up and reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Support coordination with operations and maintenance teams to follow up on operational activities, maintenance interventions, and spare parts requirements.
• Support analysis of asset performance to identify opportunities to maximize energy production and improve efficiency.
• Assist in analysis of operational data using dashboards and AI-based solutions to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide support in the technical assessment of potential acquisitions and new renewable energy projects.
