Context and Team:
As part of our growth, we are looking for a dynamic, energetic and passionate Community Manager to join our Marketing team for the Spanish and Italian Market based in Madrid. You will be a key player in our Community division, developing and engaging with our current and new content creators. You will grow and animate our database according to the specific needs that our brands will have.
Your Missions:
- Build relationships and communicate with our Community on a daily basis, including within the Skeepers app and on social media platforms.
- Manage Skeepers local social media channels in accordance with editorial guidelines and content strategy.
- Create diversified campaigns to increase awareness of Skeepers among creators, drive sign-ups for brand campaigns, and build loyalty among our community through social media platforms (IG & TT), CRM tools (Newsletter, app-push), and VIP creators 1:1 management.
- Create content to educate our community and enhance their user experience, ensuring their content quality aligns with brands' expectations.
- Organize events (virtual or physical) to help develop, educate and engage the community and foster brand x influencer collaborations.
- Review brand campaign performance on a weekly basis to implement marketing initiatives to help promote the campaigns and meet local Campaign Manager & Customer Success Manager to share the results.
- Monitor and consolidate monthly reports on marketing campaigns and launched projects, with tracking of KPIs.
- Stay on top of Skeepers platform improvements, evolution of Influencer marketing regulations in the local market, benchmark on competitors' activities and trends on social media.
Requirements:
- Master 1 or 2 student in a business or communication school, looking to develop expertise in influence marketing, social media and community management.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and execute events with clients.
- Experience with CRM emailing and social media campaign execution.
- Analytical mindset: ability to track, measure, and optimize performance based on data.
- Fluent in Spanish (native level), with strong proficiency in English and speaking Italian.
- Proactive and curious, eager to learn in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
