Job Description: Contracts Manager — Deadline: 29/07/2025

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our M-Renewables Division in Spain. This role is crucial for overseeing contractual and commercial activities in utility-scale renewable energy projects, focusing on negotiations, management, and risk mitigation, in collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, review, and issue RFQ packages for project works such as HV, Civil, and Electromechanical Works.
2. Manage bidder clarifications and resolve queries during tender phases.
3. Conduct bid evaluations, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and schedule.
4. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, coordinating with Legal and Procurement teams.
5. Draft, review, and ensure compliance of contracts with policies and legal standards.
6. Manage contract addendums, variations, and documentation.
7. Coordinate internal contract approvals with Finance, Legal, and Project teams.
8. Support construction teams with contract administration, claims, and project close-outs.

Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
2. Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
3. Over 5 years of contract management experience in renewable energy or oil & gas, preferably in EPC environments, with experience in utility-scale solar projects preferred.
4. Proven negotiation, administration, and dispute resolution skills.
5. Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, procurement, and construction legalities.
6. Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Excellent communication, organizational, and deadline management skills.
