Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Diploma in Higher Education.
• Desirable 2/3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of engineering drawings.
• Commercial awareness and strong understanding of commercial jargon.
• Background in Customer Service.
• Knowledge of material pricing.
• Detailed knowledge and experience in electric and pneumatic actuator products.
• Understanding of revenue forecasting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft AX / D365.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders from receipt through to delivery and liaise with partners to meet customer requirements.
• Keep customers updated on order developments and proactively resolve issues.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and commercial teams to expedite orders.
• Perform contract reviews of customer orders and resolve queries with customers and internal departments.
• Apply strong technical knowledge of electric actuators to satisfy customer needs and maintain relationships.
