Job summary

Qualifications

• Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar is required.
• Minimum 3 years experience with turbomachinery or related equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data handling and analysis.
• Fluent in English and Spanish in speaking and writing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; team player; willing to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Design equipment following Flowserve standards and customer specs.
• Perform hydraulic review and evaluate technical docs for orders.
• Create and transmit technical design instructions to engineers.
• Coordinate technical aspects of orders across engineering roles.
• Prepare contractual technical documentation and datasheets.
• Provide technical support to quotations and cross-functional teams.
• Support manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commissioning as needed.
