What does a Contracts Compliance Analyst do?

As a Contracts Compliance Analyst, you manage commitments and contracts for BMBV. You are the first point of contact for executing all BMBV global third-party contracts. Ensuring compliance with document flow, delegation of authority, and policies is key.

You report to the Procurement Services Lead and will work at the Barcelona office.

This is your first or second job after your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

You are enthusiastic, structured, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

1. Be the first contact point for Primos regarding global third-party contracts.
2. Supervise and administer contract management and signatures.
3. Review documents and approvals for quality and compliance.
4. Execute documents using tools like DocuSign and Comas.
5. Maintain a commitments list.
6. Support or lead training on contract management and compliance.
7. Archive documents in the global repository.
8. Conduct reviews/audits and maintain records for compliance.
9. Align with SAP OA and perform conditions checks.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Effective in a matrix organization.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Ability to identify root causes and develop solutions.
• Organized with good prioritization skills.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting to the Board and explaining finance concepts.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
