We are looking for a Contracting Executive to join our team in Palma de Mallorca. The ideal candidate would be someone who wants to work in an international environment and has good communication skills. As a Contracting Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing fast-paced sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, and maximizing conversions. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, data analysis expertise, and a results-driven approach, working in a dynamic, high-turnover environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and manage flash sales campaigns.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure proper execution of campaigns.
  3. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify sales opportunities during key seasons.
  4. Manage pricing strategy, discounts, and promotions.
  5. Analyze and track sales performance.
  6. Stay updated on best practices in online sales and marketing strategies within the travel industry.
  7. Personally familiarize with the products being sold.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. University degree in Tourism, bachelor's degree in business administration and management, Economics, Data Science or similar.
  2. Previous experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing within the travel industry.
  3. Strong negotiation, time management, and decision-making skills under pressure.
  4. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Clear understanding of organizational and commercial practices within dynamic tourism sector.
  7. Strong sense of need for achievement of goals and success.
