We are looking for a Contracting Executive to join our team in Palma de Mallorca. The ideal candidate would be someone who wants to work in an international environment and has good communication skills. As a Contracting Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing fast-paced sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, and maximizing conversions. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, data analysis expertise, and a results-driven approach, working in a dynamic, high-turnover environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and manage flash sales campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure proper execution of campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify sales opportunities during key seasons.
  • Manage pricing strategy, discounts, and promotions.
  • Analyze and track sales performance.
  • Stay updated on best practices in online sales and marketing strategies within the travel industry.
  • Personally familiarize with the products being sold.

Minimum Requirements :

  • University degree in Tourism, bachelor's degree in business administration and management, Economics, Data Science or similar.
  • Previous experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing within the travel industry.
  • Strong negotiation, time management, and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Clear understanding of organizational and commercial practices within dynamic tourism sector.
  • Strong sense of need for achievement of goals and success.
