Part-Time Mental Health Therapist (Hybrid: Remote & In-Person)

Position Overview:

We are seeking qualified, part-time, internationally licensed psychotherapists to join our provider network. You will deliver care through a tech-enabled, AI/machine-learning platform that prioritizes patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide counseling to clients with benefits ranging from short-term EAP to employer health plans, with sessions as medically necessary.
2. Treat adults identified through online screenings; optionally, treat children, adolescents, couples, or families.
3. Maintain availability schedules and complete session documentation promptly.
4. Use evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.
5. Collaborate with support teams for assistance.
6. Deliver culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding diversity and inclusion values.

Qualifications:

• Properly licensed to practice in Canary Islands (no supervision required).
• Minimum of 3 years of independent post-training experience.
• Access to a computer and comfort with telehealth technology.
• Availability for some in-person sessions in Canary Islands.
• Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
• Ability to provide safety planning and intervention for higher-risk clients.
• Commitment to quality care and ongoing client progress monitoring.
• Preference for independent work with team support and collaboration opportunities.
• Own office space required for hybrid roles.
