The Jiménez Díaz Foundation Health Research Institute at the Jiménez Díaz Foundation Hospital (IIS-FJD) announces a position of Superior Laboratory Technician: Indefinite contract with trial period according to agreement.

Content of the work and experimental work:

• Cell Sorting
• Flow cytometry: cell marking and analysis.
• Cell cultures
• Molecular biology techniques: massive sequencing techniques; processing of biological samples DNA, RNA, cells, serum and plasma.
• Resource management of a biomedical research laboratory.
• Previous laboratory experience: Competitive curriculum
• Previous cytometry and cell sorter experience

Specific Requirements

• Previous experience in molecular biology techniques and massive sequencing
• Computer skills at the user level.
• Experience in maintenance and operation of databases.
• Handling of experimental animals with authorization for work with animals (B and / or C)
• Management of biomedical research laboratory instrumentation.
