The Jiménez Díaz Foundation Health Research Institute at the Jiménez Díaz Foundation Hospital (IIS-FJD) announces a position of Superior Laboratory Technician: Indefinite contract with trial period according to agreement.

Work Content :

1. Cell Sorting
2. Flow cytometry: cell marking and analysis
3. Cell cultures
4. Molecular biology techniques: massive sequencing techniques; processing of biological samples DNA, RNA, cells, serum, and plasma
5. Resource management of a biomedical research laboratory
6. Previous laboratory experience: Competitive curriculum
7. Previous cytometry and cell sorter experience
8. Previous experience in molecular biology techniques and massive sequencing
9. Computer skills at the user level
10. Experience in maintenance and operation of databases
11. Handling of experimental animals with authorization for work with animals (B and/or C)
12. Management of biomedical research laboratory instrumentation
