Formación

Descripción del empleo

The Contract Lifecycle Manager ensures the efficient management of outsourcing relationships. He / she is responsible for commercial management, contract management & governance, and performance management of outsourcing contracts.

What you do

  • Manage contract life cycle including implementation phase, change request management process and exit management
  • Analyze and interpret contracts and ensure the organization is aware of key aspects of the respective contract(s)
  • Implement and maintain contractual governance scheme and manage escalations
  • Provide guidance and advice to business / service owners in contract-related processes and areas
  • Ensure effective definition of contracts and processes and an updated documentation as well as driving monitoring of risks and contingency and ensure controls are performed and documented
  • Control and steer contractual performance by defining, adapting and monitoring various quality performance indexes
  • Assume responsibility for order management, invoice checking, cost controlling and benchmarking of the contracts

What you bring

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex outsourcing contracts, ensuring that key aspects are communicated to relevant stakeholders and understood by the organization.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining contractual governance frameworks, with a proven ability to handle escalations and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Strong capability to provide strategic guidance and advice to business/service owners on contract-related processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Expertise in maintaining comprehensive documentation and monitoring risks associated with contracts, including contingency planning and control documentation.
  • Proficiency in defining, adapting, and monitoring quality performance indexes to ensure contractual obligations are met and to drive improvements in service delivery with excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and understanding of contract terms and processes.
  • Experience in managing order processes, checking invoices for accuracy, controlling costs, and benchmarking contracts to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.
  • 5+ years of experience managing the entire contract lifecycle, including implementation phases, change request management and exit strategies.
