Job Description:

Mission: Support CI Experts and CI Manager in daily activities through data collection, observations, and meetings with project teams. Decisions are made within authorized boundaries with guidance from CI Manager and Experts.

General Functions:

• Assist in planning and deploying the FIT Program.
• Coordinate with plant CI Manager and CI Experts on deployment, training, and implementation of FIT Program pillars.
• Organize local LSS training sessions.
• Support in FIT Program reviews and reporting.
• Assist in organizing CI Steering Committees.
• Conduct audits and observations for process and product improvement.
• Promote FIT Program within the organization.
• Perform basic analysis of FIT elements and process data.
• Adhere to Ficosa’s Code of Ethics and Information Security policies.
• Contribute to OHSE and Quality department improvements.

Technical Requirements:

• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred.
• Support data collection, project facilitation, and training in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Participate in project reviews and apply basic statistical and DMAIC principles.
• Support Lean techniques such as 5S audits, waste identification, and line balancing.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in local language and English.
• Yellow Belt training is advantageous.
