We are looking for an experienced professional to define and implement the operational excellence strategy in Iberia production sites, through strategic process optimization initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement optimization strategies, working closely with leadership teams to identify areas for operational efficiency and process enhancement.
• Lead transformation efforts, promoting a culture of continuous innovation and process excellence throughout the organization.
• Oversee and drive process improvement projects using data-driven methodologies to analyze and refine business processes. Track project performance and present insights, outcomes, and cost savings to senior leadership.
• Educate and mentor employees and leadership on continuous improvement principles and best practices.
• Assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Required profile :

• Engineering Bachelors’ Degree. Six Sigma or Lean certification.
• More than 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with process improvement, operational excellence or related roles, acquired in multinational highly professionalized companies.
• Proven experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
