A leading company in workforce recruitment seeks a Programme Specialist to oversee operations and support recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with hiring managers, handle recruitment requests, and ensure compliance across vendor management. Fluency in Dutch, Italian, and English is essential, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
The Programme Specialist will report to the Programme Manager and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme. We are looking for a recruitment professional with excellent recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder management experience, and comfort working in a broad role spanning the entire recruitment lifecycle. Previous experience in managing third-party vendors, onboarding, and compliance would be highly beneficial for this role.
