A leading company is seeking a Programme Specialist to oversee the recruitment operations of a managed workforce. This role requires a recruitment professional with proficiency in multiple languages and expertise in stakeholder management. The Programme Specialist will handle recruitment requests, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure compliance with service agreements while providing excellent client satisfaction.
The Programme Specialist will report to the Programme Manager and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme. We are looking for a recruitment professional with excellent recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder management experience, and comfort working across the entire recruitment lifecycle. Previous experience in managing third-party vendors, onboarding, and compliance would be highly beneficial for this role.
