A leading company seeks a Programme Specialist to support recruitment operations in Salamanca. This role entails managing relationships with hiring managers, vendor performance, and ensuring client satisfaction while overseeing the recruitment lifecycle. Ideal for a proactive professional with strong communication skills and expertise in stakeholder management.
The Programme Specialist will report to the Programme Manager and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme. We are looking for a recruitment professional with excellent recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder management experience, and comfort working across the entire recruitment lifecycle. Previous experience in managing third-party vendors, onboarding, and compliance would be highly beneficial for this role.
