A leading company in recruitment solutions is seeking a Programme Specialist to support managed workforce recruitment operations. The role includes managing key relationships with hiring managers and third-party vendors, ensuring successful onboarding and compliance. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in multiple languages is preferred.
The Programme Specialist will report to the Programme Manager and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme.
We are looking for a recruitment professional with excellent recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder management experience, and comfort working across the entire recruitment lifecycle. Previous experience in managing third-party vendors, onboarding, and compliance would be highly beneficial for this role.
