A leading company is looking for a Programme Specialist to manage recruitment operations. Responsibilities include fostering client relationships, conducting meetings, and providing program analysis. The ideal candidate should be proficient in multiple languages and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The Programme Specialist will report to the Programme Manager and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme. We are looking for a recruitment professional with excellent recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder management experience, and comfort working across the entire recruitment lifecycle. Previous experience in managing third-party vendors, onboarding, and compliance would be highly beneficial for this role.
