A leading company is seeking a Programme Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme in Badajoz, Spain. This role requires a skilled recruitment professional to manage client relationships and ensure smooth recruitment processes. Candidates should possess great communication skills and proficiency in Dutch, Italian, and English, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and the ability to analyze complex data.
The Programme Specialist will report to the Programme Manager and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme. We are looking for a recruitment professional with excellent recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder management experience, and comfort working in a broad role that spans the entire recruitment lifecycle. Previous experience in managing third-party vendors, onboarding, and compliance would be highly beneficial for this role.
