A leading company is seeking a Programme Specialist to support the operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme. The role entails managing recruitment processes, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance, demanding excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The candidate should be proficient in multiple languages and possess experience in vendor management and recruitment practices.
The Programme Specialist will report to the Programme Manager and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme.
We are looking for a recruitment professional with excellent recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder management experience, and comfort working across the entire recruitment lifecycle. Previous experience in managing third-party vendors, onboarding, and compliance would be highly beneficial for this role.
