Location :

Spain, 100% remote work-from-home position (You must permanently live & have the right to work in Spain to apply for this position)

Pay Rate : 11 euro’s per hour

Contract : 12 month contract with an extension highly likely. Responsible for own taxes. No benefits.

Hours of work : 20 hours per week - The hours can be worked Monday-Sunday flexibly (Must be available to attend training & production meetings regularly)

The Role :

At Twinkl Spain, we are looking for someone who is highly organized and passionate about active methodologies and implementing them into the classroom. We are looking for someone who knows how to combine LOMLOE, active methodologies, and the new trends in the market. In this role, you will be creating Spanish resources and may need to create English resources depending on market needs.

How you’ll spend your week :

  • Meeting with other Twinkl writers or the Spanish Country Manager to discuss new ideas;
  • Writing innovative and original content for the Spanish market;
  • Proofreading content created by other team members;

Helping to develop Gamification projects and resources according to the curriculum, active methodologies, LOMLOE, and Special Education resources.

To succeed in the role, you will :

  • Be a fully qualified teacher (Degree level) with at least 3 years of teaching in schools in Spain.
  • Have detailed knowledge of the LOMLOE for Primary and EYFS.
  • Have detailed knowledge of ideation and creation of active methodologies content.
  • Be currently working in a school implementing Active Methodologies.
  • Be focused on collaboration, using feedback to improve resources;
  • Be aware of the ongoing training needs of teachers in Spain;
  • Be charismatic and able to communicate in front of a camera, to create courses and webinars for peers;
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English (Written & Spoken);
  • Have native Spanish language skills (Written & Spoken);
  • Catalan skills and Special Education experience are a plus.

Additional requirements :

Degree in Primary Education / Primary and EYFS Education and extra qualifications on Active Methodologies.

Minimum of 3 years of primary and EYFS school teaching experience in Spain, ideally implementing active methodologies.

Edtech-savvy : Up-to-date with educational technology.
