We are seeking a talented and motivated writer and researcher to join our dynamic content team. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating engaging content for events, researching and identifying potential speakers, and possessing a strong understanding of EU policies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Investigate EU event topics to support the creation of event agendas
• Identify key speakers and policy experts as contributors to events
• Research engaging stories to promote event topics to target audiences
• Write and edit high-quality content mainly for digital platforms in English
• Research, analyze, and conduct interviews
• Cover events to produce live content
• Meet clients to understand their communication needs and translate them into effective messaging
• Brief other writers
• Ensure all content is accurate, high-quality, and meets project objectives
• Join a friendly and smart team

WHO YOU ARE

• Native-level English speaker or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience as a writer or journalist
• You have a knack for storytelling and know how to create content that grabs attention and resonates with audiences
• You love to simplify complex issues and make them easy to understand
• You are detail-oriented but keep an eye on the big picture with clear objectives
• You are knowledgeable about EU policies and the EU decision-making process
• You are proficient in SEO, analytics, UX basics, social media copywriting
• You are open to leveraging AI tools and are up-to-date with inbound marketing trends
• Previous experience in a communication agency or within EU institutions is a plus
